Roughly about this time last year, I started a little personal endeavor I called f/365. It was a photo project that I began at my now defunct Vic’s Blog @ fotocurve, where I would commit to posting an image I would capture daily for a year.
Well, I would have completed the year in images if it wasn’t for the viral destruction of my original blog, forcing me to shut down that site and creating this one.
It was heartbreaking to have lost all the posts and all the work I put into that blog, but I couldn’t see myself starting everything from scratch, so I decided to create a new blog here.
I did continue with a similar 365 project that I started at flickr with Faded and Blurred, and post a daily image there. We started on January 1st and will finish this project come December 31st!
I put together a gallery of some of the images I captured during those first 8 months of f/365 as a homage to what could have been.
I love watching this footage of 3 Ferraris as they tear around on one of L.A.’s most notorious mountain roads, Mulholland Drive. Stephen Mitchell provides commentary on an 8MM film shot by actor, Peter Helm.
I had posted this on my previous blog, but this stuff is just too cool not to re-post here.
I will post other footage of 250 GTO’s in the next few days.
