About me...

My photographic journey started back in 1982, while attending Roosevelt High School in East Los Angeles.  Using my first camera - a Canon AE-1 which my father had given me, I got my first real taste of working as a photographer while being part of the high school public relations and yearbook staff.  With the guidance and encouragement from a good friend, I learned the principles of using the camera, how to process black & white film and how to develop the images in the darkroom.  All of these skills serving as a basis for my continued passion for the art of Photography.

I find inspiration from things & ideas that encompass the qualities of creativity, vision, innovation; as well as tradition, heritage & aesthetic beauty.  Virtues that influence the way I see the world and the manner in which I capture the images I visualize.

I studied Merchandising & Marketing at FIDM in Los Angeles, Web Development at Chaffey College and Photography at Tri-Community School of Photography.

Feel free to browse this site and enjoy the images I have captured.   If you are interested in acquiring one of my images, feel free to contact me.
